Almost done

I really can't believe the semester has gone by so fast. I found this class to be an enjoyable class because it wasn't stressful and I learned alot of things that will be extremely helpful when I have my own classroom(ONE DAY). There were so many tools I learned about that I didn't know exsisted and now that I know about them I've been able to put them into use at work and I'm sure I will when I begin teaching.

Online Class Advantages and Disavantages

Advantages:

• It's a great way to supplement what is taught in class
• It allows children who are dealing with illnesses that will keep them out of class for an extended period of time to keep up with their school work.
• It allows parents to keep up with what thier child is doing in class

Disadvantages:

• Some children's learning styles and learning disabilities may need to have one on one instructions in order for them to succeed.
• Some children will take advantage of not having to be in class and not do their best work.
• Some children with attention issues may be online surfing the web, playing games or something else other than paying attention to the online class.

I forgot!!!!!!!!!

Oh no, so I'm guilty of forgetting to post something last week. This post is about the different presentation software we were shown last week. I must admit I was pretty excited about Prezis.com but once I got to work on it I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I hope that once I learn how to use it better my like for the program will increase.
